Perfect Victory Ending
Requirements:
- Complete all main missions with 80%+ success rate
- Maintain positive relationships across team (no conflicts below -10)
- Zero operative casualties throughout campaign
- Choose diplomatic solutions in key decision points
Outcome: Your team is recognized as an elite unit. All operatives survive and continue serving together.
Bittersweet Victory Ending
Requirements:
- Complete campaign with 60-79% mission success rate
- 1-2 operative casualties during campaign
- Mixed relationship dynamics (some positive, some negative)
Outcome: Mission accomplished but at significant cost. Surviving team members cope with loss and trauma.
Pyrrhic Victory Ending
Requirements:
- Complete campaign with 40-59% mission success rate
- 3+ operative casualties
- Significant team discord (multiple negative relationships)
- High collateral damage in missions
Outcome: Objective achieved but unit disbanded. Survivors question whether success was worth the price.
Failure Ending
Requirements:
- Mission success rate below 40%
- Fail critical story missions
- Majority of team casualties
Outcome: Mission failure. The operation collapses and consequences are severe for all involved.
Secret Ending
Requirements:
- Discover and complete all hidden objectives
- Maximize specific character relationships
- Make unconventional choices at key decision points
- Unlock all character backstories
Outcome: An alternative path emerges. Your team discovers a deeper conspiracy and must make a final choice.
